Alternative way to share registrations with event planner/coordinator?

Down the road, I’ll hopefully have hundreds of different events (golf outings) on my site. I’m trying to develop a solution to either have the golf outing coordinators have access to view their registrations on their own, or an easy (automated) way to extract the registrations and provide the outing coordinator with a detailed report. Does anybody have any solutions? I was attempting to use Zapier to automate pulls from the database into a Google Drive spreadsheet, but haven’t had success yet.

Any thoughts?

Automating reports might be difficult, but you could use the EE4 capabilities to provide limited access to the dashboard: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/event-espresso-4-roles-permissions/
