I have been asked to add options to a drop down list after our registration went live. It would be best if these options could be alphabetized. Is there a way to make this change without losing or interfering with the registrations we have already received?

Can you clarify what the drop down list is about or for? For example is the drop down list a selection of options on a registration form field?

Yes, the drop down list is a set of options in our registration form.

Yes, you can add more options to the dropdown, and re-order them, by going in to edit that question. Please note you can re-order the questions by clicking on the then dragging them up or down the list.

Oh goodness, thank you. I assumed that with the options all grayed out that I couldn’t adjust them. Such an easy fix. Thanks again.

The existing options being grayed out means they cannot be edited individually, but they can be moved around and more options can be added.
