Wordpress 3.8.1
Event Espresso 3.1.36.4.P

Is there a plugin, or combination of such to allow registered users of our site to add their own events to the calendar? We want them to add events, and be able to sell tickets.

thanks for your help!

Hi,

You could use Roles and Permissions Pro (Role and Permissions basic required as well) to give the users Event Manager status. However you may find that they have too much control, so it depends on the level of control you wish to give them.

There is also the Pre Release Front End Event Manager plugin, though this is really for event submission, they don’t have access to attendees etc. – https://eventespresso.com/wiki/front-end-event-manager/

However, it must be noted that Event Espresso is not set up to give access to the general public to sell events. Especially with Roles and Permissions, you need to be careful about what rights you give to people as you may cause a security risk on your site.
