We need a way for users to simply purchase multiple tickets for an event all under one name. Where then can select the ticket type (price) and have a select a QTY. Hoping you can help ๐ |

Hello Warren, In the event, go to the Event options on the right. Set Allow Group Registrations to Yes, set a number in Max Group Registrants (limits the ticket numbers per person) and set Additional Attendee Registration info to No. That will mean one person can buy XYZ number of tickets and only fill in their details. Pricing can be set as per normal, so add as many pricing options as you need. |

Thanks! That worked. However we have 2 ticket choices, how can I make it possible for one user to purchase say? 2 x VIP TICKETS Thanks in advance |

Hi Well, if you add two pricing options it will show on the registration screen, and the user can select the pricing option from the dropdown and then select the number of tickets they want. If you are wanting the user to be able to purchase multiple tickets of each type in the same sale, then I would suggest the Multiple Event Registration (MER) add on. You would need to use this process to create a link on your event, then when the user clicks it they will be given the option to purchase multiples of the different ticket types like this http://d.pr/i/KqLQ MER is not available on your licence type, you would need to upgrade to the Business licence. https://eventespresso.com/pricing/ |

Thanks |
Hi Warren, You can also purchase the addon individually: |

I am in a similar boat as Warren. I have the business license, so I’m using the MER plugin. However, when I get to the registration page, I need contact information for each type of ticket. I’m using the MER for adult and child pricing. However, it’s requiring that I have contact information for at least one child, since it’s a different ticket type. How can I get it to require information for just the first attendee only, even if I am purchasing both types of tickets? |
Which version of Event Espresso is installed Matt? |

Josh, thanks for the reply. I’m using Version 3.1.27.1.P, which I just purchased, downloaded and starting using last night. I mean, attendees can use the “copy form” function when filling out the form, but since the second set of tickets applies to kids, it’s not as clean or intuitive as I’d like |
