Filling in here while someone else is out of office. What are the full steps to sending the Event Admin and Registrant notification of registration? This seems to be set up, but not turned on.
The sending of email notification actually happens automatically, so there aren’t actually any steps.
The issue you were having with sending emails from your website turned out to be that the wp_cron function seems to be disabled. So I changed a setting to make it so that the email notifications get sent on the same request with the registration process. So now, going forward, the emails will send when the registration is processed.
Thank you Josh. I think that did it. I created a test registration and the Event Admin and my test Registrant were notified right away.
