When i run the all registrations CSV report it shows the event with a number in brackets corresponding to the URL number for that event – how can I add the date and time that the class starts to the CSV report please?

Hello, you can add that information to the name of the event (if they have a single datetime).
Then you’ll be able to see that in the report that is generated.

Hello,
I’ve now realized that I was using a custom filtering option for the registrations CSV report which I’ve now removed.
There is a column for Datetimes of Ticket which shows the date time for the event that a particular ticket is assigned to.
If you are not seeing it, then double-check that your software is up to date:

also is there any way to show the event venue location in the CSV report please?

Hi there,
Yes, there’s a filter hook to allow adding/removing columns. For example, you can add column with the name of the venue by adding the code from this example to your site:

You can add the above to a functions plugin or into your WordPress theme’s functions.php file.
