We need a way for our client to search all purchases by a single user. We have incorporated the user integration add-on, and the app add-on. We need to be able to search a name and see every ticket they have bought to any event from the app. Is this possible?

In addition, is there any way to ONLY SHOW APPROVED purchases (paid purchases) with the shortcode [espresso_my_tickets] ? It’s too confusing for purchasees to see the list of pending/cancelled items.

Hi,
I’m afraid the app does not have that feature. If you go to the user’s profile page (from the WP Dashboard) it will have all their tickets listed there.

If you meant [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS template=simple_list_table], then yes, you can add the following code snippet to your site which will make the [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS template=simple_list_table] shortcode show only approved registrations:
