After updating and migrating to 4.8.43, my wp-login.php no longer works

After performing the upgrade I can no longer get to the login page to my site. If is disable the event espresso plugin it works so I know the issue is within this plugin. Can anyone help? There is not a later upgrade I can make.

Hi there,

If you activate WP_DEBUG and load the login page does it show any errors?
