After update: Internal Server Error when accessing payment methods

Hi,
I just updated to the newest version. Now I can’t book any events (error) and I can’t access the payment methods anymore (internal server error).

How can I solve this?

Hi,

Can you provide some more information about the errors please?

Are there any actual error messages? If so please copy and paste them here or provide screenshots. Have you enabled WP DEBUG (temporarily) to see if any errors appear? https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG

I ran a test registration for an event (all fields have TEST entered in them) and it registered without any issues, when using Invoice as payment. What did you experience when trying to register?

Which site did you test??? The issue occurs on our testing site, not on the live site. The live site is not up to date, it broke after the last major release which is why we decided to go back to a previous release.

Hi,

I tested the live site. Thanks for the dev site details.

I’m seeing the errors now. Status 500 (Internal Server Error)’s are really hard to diagnose as it could be almost anything (the error is very generic).

Can you activate WP_DEBUG and see if any errors appear please? Can you also check your PHP error log for recent errors.
