After Registration View cart is still there

I am setting up a registration booth onsite, where users or people can assist to register for others. But apparently, after registration and getting to through to the part of making offline payment is completed. There is still cookies in the browser, and when another user comes to the same machine, there see view cart. Anyway to fix this that once the user has completed up to the point of transaction, a link in the last page would allow the cookie to be deleted?

Hi Steve,

This shouldn’t be happening. Do you have a caching plugin installed and activated? If so, you should omit the Event Espresso pages from being cached.

Thanks for the reply. It does happen, and I have verified it with 3 different computers. You can verify the issue at

There is only 1 event. Please use the Test for Surname/Family name. So I would know that it was used for testing purposes.

The cookies only goes away if I close the browser.

Hi Steve,

Using the Invoice gateway as a base for the offline system is a problem as there is no way (currently) to finalise the session and as such the details remain.

For now you could swap over to the Electronic Funds Transfer or Check/Money Order gateways as they have a finalize registration link on them, which should resolve the issue for you.
