After purchase pop up to new page template

I need a gate to stream videos (in a template) from the EE ticket system from the congratulations page.

I have been able to code a “previously purchased” pop-up on a event page… wonder if anyone has ever tied that to a full page template to sell streaming video embeds?

They could be pages linked to an ACF value I suppose.

Any suggestions for templates to allow video embed and chat plugins? I am a child theme of TwentySeventeenn currently.
