After PayPal – then what?

My customers are buying tickets! Woo Hoo!

However, I’ve gotten word that some of them are not getting back to the completion page and not getting the tickets, an EE receipt (they do get PayPal receipt) and even some of the tickets on our backend are showing they are “pending payment”.

Seems as if Paypal isn’t talking back to EE once the tickets are purchased.

Can you walk me through the steps (including pages or shortcodes) I need to cover here to make sure everyone gets what they need after they purchase?

Hi,

I checked and it looks like there’s a second “Thank You” page on your website, and it’s redirecting from the original thank-you page that Event Espresso adds, to a second thank-you-2 page.

If you’re unsure how to undo or remove that redirect, what you could do is make a new page, and on that page put this shortcode: [ESPRESSO_THANK_YOU]

Then, you publish that page and go to Event Espresso > General Settings > Critical Pages, and select the new page for the “Thank You Page”. Then you click Save.
