After filling out details payment page not showing 2

We’ve updated Event Expresso the latest version for all plugins, and we’re having a problem where when you register for an event, it doesn’t store the the user’s details – just a blank registration.

We’re using the membership integration plugin to require users to register with WordPress first.

Obviously, this renders the plugin useless, and we’ve just set the site live, so need some urgent help with this!

Hi,

To clarify, Event Espresso is now version 3.1.29.1? And you have updated all of EE’s add on plugins to the latest versions?

Have you got any template files in the uploads/espresso directory? If so, rename the folder to check if it is an old template causing an issue.

If it still persists after that, please deactivate plugins except EE core plugin and reactivate one by one to narrow down the issue.
