Hi Support,

We have upgraded Event Espresso and after if we enabled permalinks then when we click on Events details page links, it redirects to “Page not Found” page.

http://harmonyathome.com.au/event-registration/

We have tried it with disabled other add-on but still it’s not working. Please check and reply asap.

Cheers,

Clare

Hi Clare,

Try going to Settings > Permalinks and saving. That should flush the permalinks.

Hi Dean,

I have try same already did that. Due to that, our main Event listing page link is “event-registration” and it’s working fine. But when we click on any of the event then event details page doesn’t show. It’s redirect to Page not found page.

Are you getting what I mean?

Hey,

Yes i see it isnt working, normally its justa permalink issue.

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level.

Hi Clare,

I logged in and checked the System Status page in the admin and it looks like the site is hosted on a Zeus server. From reviewing a few support topics elsewhere it looks like a Zeus server will need to have different .htaccess rules than the standard Apache server .htaccess rewrite rules that WordPress uses to make the Pretty Permalinks happen. Here are a few links that may help:

You might try contacting your host to find out if they allow a permalink structure without the index.php on their Zeus servers and if they do could they set up the correct rewrite rules.

Another option would be to have them move the site onto a LiteSpeed or Apache server:
