Admin Notified with Ticket Notice

I need to be able to send the same notification that goes to the register also goes to the admin, I try but not successful yet.

Hi Roberto,

You can add the admin’s email address to the CC: field of the Ticket Notice template, then they’ll get a copy of that notification.

You know i done that already, before contacting you I did that and also add the [CO_EMAIL] but didn’t work.

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message activity

Do you see the message there?

Does it show with a green ‘status bar’? (the bar to the left of the message)

then on the message templates i added the code and email, but yesterday i used my personal email to be CC – http://prntscr.com/i9dedy

Notice how in your screenshot the ‘To’ field it empty?

That’s because your in the ‘Primary Registrant’ context – http://take.ms/OeUWP

That context isn’t enabled for the ticket notice by default and with an empty ‘To’ field it still is disabled, you need the other context on that message type.

The ticket notice that is sent out is the ‘Registrant’ context. Either click that link on the default message template list or switch the context and edit the correct one:
