Seems I get Admin Notifications when customers purchase our courses with credit card/PayPal, but Pending Payment (Cheque) customers Admin Notification is sporadic, inconsistent. Second issue: I have set Pending Payments to include Q&A field but when I do get an Admin Notification, it only gives me some information. Thank you in advance for your help! On EE4. |

Hi Vals, I’ll follow up with each of your questions below.
If you check the Abandoned transactions list in Event Espresso > Transactions > Abandoned Transactions, do the transactions listed there match the transactions that you didn’t get a notification for? If so, that’s why you didn’t get a notification. They would have needed to click through to finalize their registration in order for an email notification to be sent out.
If you check the Registration record is the information complete there or is it also missing there too? |

Thank you. Yes, the information is in the registration itself. For Pending Payments, I want all their answers from the form. I get name, email, event date and such but not the rest of it. Thanks again for your assistance. |

Hi there, By default EE does not include a list of questions in the Pending Payment email, but you can add it in. Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Registration Pending Payment -> Event Admin – http://take.ms/wYzEv Now you editing the Pending Payment email sent to the event admin. In the ‘ATTENDEE_LIST’ section, add something like:
Like so – http://take.ms/VYd1k That calls QUESTION_LIST at the bottom of the template and outputs the details from that for each question, right now it’ll be empty, so add something like:
Save the template and retest a registration, now you should get something like:
And so on for all of the questions. |

That totally worked Tony. Thank you so much for your prompt response. Very appreciated. Hope it helps others too. |
