Admin Notifications Emails going to incorrect email

The notification emails are going to an old administrator who is still listed in WP as a user, but I have downgraded their profile to editor. I have changed the email I want them to go to administrator, they are listed in the Event Espresso as the administrator but they are still going to the old address. I read some of the old threads about setting up the notification emails but I have not been able to figure it out.

Hi Henry,

You can change the “Primary Contact Email” by going to EE > General Settings > Contact Information > Primary Contact Email:
