*I need to have the admin getting the Invoice Notice too, at the same time with the registrars.

*And also I notice the Captcha is not working with the new EE 4 – it has a conflict with the event selector.

*How can I make to display the rows in 100’s items (EE3 was able to do that)

Hi Roberto,

I’m not able to log into your site with the information you sent in the support token form, it says it’s locking me out. I can answer your questions here:

*I need to have the admin getting the Invoice Notice too, at the same time with the registrars.

The Invoice isn’t actually a notice, but you can make it so the Invoice can be downloaded from your admin notification emails by adding the
[INVOICE_LINK] shortcode to your event admin notification email template.

*And also I notice the Captcha is not working with the new EE 4 – it has a conflict with the event selector.

There shouldn’t be a captcha on the same page as the ticket selector. Are you sure that the Captcha isn’t being added by another WordPress plugin.

*How can I make to display the rows in 100’s items (EE3 was able to do that)

You click on the Screen Options tab (located on the upper right corner of the admin page. Then you change the pagination value to 100, then save.

Thank you, I was able to insert the [TICKET_URL] shortcode in the registration notification, also to change the rows value. But the only thing I still having issues with is the Captcha and I really need to solve this soon, because there is “robots” that register to buy up to 30 tickets but never get to the checkout process.

Thank you, I was able to solve the other issues. But the only thing I still having issues with is the Captcha and really need to solve this soon, because there is “robots” that register to buy up to 30 tickets but never get to the checkout process.

Hi Roberto,

There isn’t a Captcha field within the Ticket Selector, but there is a built in bot trap. Is the bot trap activated on your Event Espresso > Registration Form Settings page?

I enable the bot trap and it works!

Thank you
