We need to be notified when someone registers for our class online. Our email is entered in the general and contact info. We had been receiving emails and for some reason, this week, it stopped. I didn’t change anything, what do I need to do? Thanks! |

When I send a test email through the Mandrill addon, I get this message: |
|
Here is a list of installed plugins: Akismet by Automattic version 3.1.1, |
Hey there, First, that error is likely not related to Mandrill and sending emails from your site. The version you have of Roles and Permissions is an old version of the add-on. Please remove it through WP-admin –> Plugins. Then download the latest version from your account below and upload it through WordPress -> Plugins: https://eventespresso.com/users/dishtpass/#ee3-downloads Once you are on the current releases, you’ll be able to do a one-click update in the future. As for the notifications not being sent, there was likely a change made by your host to your mailserver. However, Mandrill should take care of this. Have you entered your Mandrill API key from your Mandrill account? |

No changes have been made and we were receiving notification emails before April 3rd. I have entered the Mandrill API and Mandrill has been working up until recently. |

I now see all of my registration emails in the spam folder. How do I prevent this from happening in the future? |
Hi, email deliverability is difficult. Joost (developer of WordPress SEO) wrote about it here: https://yoast.com/postmark-reliable-email/ Since you are using Mandrill, you can also enable the SPF option: http://help.mandrill.com/entries/21751322-What-are-SPF-and-DKIM-and-do-I-need-to-set-them-up- — |
