Admin not prompting update to EE4

Hi,
When in my admin under plugins my EE 3.1 is not prompting updates to the latest version, 4.x. We recently paid for our support license renewal. Please advise, thanks!

How are you today?

Updating from EE3 to EE4 is not an automatic upgrade because structurally it is very different. Please see this announcement: https://eventespresso.com/2014/02/event-espresso-4-beta-officially-released/

Thanks, do you have documentation on the manual install process or is it as ways as FTP’ing up the files.

Our site has a number of additional EE3 plugins – Member add-on, permissions, recurring events, multi-event, social coupons, social media and ticketing. Are these packaged with EE4 for available or compatible with EE4
