Is there any way to generate an Invoice for someone who has ‘abandoned registration’, i.e who is showing up under ‘registrations’ but not ‘Transactions’?
So that if on the phone they say they were having difficulty registering, I can send them an Invoice. and then complete their registration for them by edit the payment options once they have paid.
