How do I set up (step by step) that the “Registration Notification” email for example should also go to another email address. ie currently it defaulted to go to admin and recipient.. we want to also send a copy to another person in the admin office..

Hello,

You can go to Event Espresso –> Messages –> Default Message Templates and then look for the message type that you are wanting to edit such as the Registration Approved message type.

Then click on Event Admin.

On the next screen, look for the TO field and then add an additional email in this format and save changes:

[EVENT_AUTHOR_FORMATTED_EMAIL],hello@example.com
