I can see where we ask if there is an additional attendee (full name & email address) but I don’t see the shortcode to add to the email sent to the Admin (apparently they are not recieving the info). Can you point me in the right direction or documentation for how this works exactly? I just assumed they were getting the data by default.
It’s on the Events editor page, right hand column, called Questions for Additional Registrants… we can ask anything in that can’t we? Like Name & Emails. Of course we have to activate it by checking the boxes – here’s a screenshot of a class where we have not checked the boxes 🙂 but this is what I’m talking about – getting these to drop into the ADMIN email confirming a registration.
Sorry, to explain why I’m asking here, I’m checking we are on the same page so that I don’t send you down completely the wrong path for what you are requesting.
With your asking specifically about “additional attendee (full name & email address)” then I’m assuming that’s the ‘Personal Information’ question group collecting the 3 system questions for those values? (it needs to be)

You sure can, but the Attendee’s name and email need to be the system questions and those wont come through as system questions.

Custom questions should already come through into the admin email, like this:
If you’re requesting the Personal Info questions for the attendee, then those will come through as registrants, which again will show in the admin email by default.
Have you tested enabling the groups you need and then testing a registration selecting at least 2 tickets? When you view the email sent is should already have all the data there.
