Hi,
Additional registration info is being overriden by the primary registrant. Please advise on how we can resolve this|? This is an intermittent issue we have been experiencing for quite some time.

Hi Susan,
How are you today?
Can you provide more detail about this? I’m not sure what you’re referring to.
Are people purchasing multiple tickets, but you are not getting registration information for each ticket? The person purchasing the tickets may use the “Use Attendee #1’s Information for Additional Attendees” where it fills out the registration form for the additional attendees with the first attendee’s information.
Or maybe be sure you’re asking the right questions for the additional attendees so you collect the right information.
Are you using the WP User Integration add-on?

What is happening is when a user registers, the additional registrant information is being overridden by the primary registrants data.

Hi Josh & Garth,
People are buying multiple tickets and filling in additional registrant information. For some reason their data is being overridden by attendee 1 on submission.

If you edit one of the events this is happening on and look within the question groups for additional registrant which is the bottom section shown here – http://take.ms/1CBvc
Is the ‘Personal Information’ question group checked or unchecked?
What questions are you asking the additional users?
Is there an event we can run a registration on to see what is happening? If so can you link to it here please.
Are you using the WP User Integration add-on?
