I have a 2 bus tickets for this event and each will need a drop menu for pickup location. How do I add a drop menu that is different for each ticket?

Hello,

Questions via question groups are on a per-event basis rather than a per-ticket basis.

Could you split the event into a separate event with one for each type of ticket where there will be different answers? You can then enable a question group that has the dropdown question for each event.

If I do that and I use the multi event reg plugin could I create a single page checkout with the table view plugin? I will need to go back and forward so users can make changes if mistakes are made?

Hi Mike,

The multiple event registration add-on introduces a shopping cart feature on your site so you could have two events on a single page so a guest could register for both at once and then check out at once.

Are you using Event Espresso 3 or Event Espresso 4 for your project?

I am using EE4 and need to make this very seamless so users are not going in and out of the cart getting confused.

I am getting this working so far but after adding to cart the RETURN TO EVENT list link goes to /events and I am actually using a shortcode on a specific page so how do I get it to return to the same page I was on. Possibly the button should say CLOSE??

Hi Mike,

Try these lines of CSS to hide the link to the default events listing page:

a.event-cart-go-back-button.event-cart-button.button { display: none; }
a.cart-results-go-back-button.cart-results-button.button { display: none; }

If your theme has a Custom CSS area built-in, then you can add it there through your WP dashboard. Otherwise, you could use a free plugin that adds an additional stylesheet to your WordPress site such as Simple Custom CSS or Reaktiv CSS Builder.

thank you I will be able to use my child theme. The issue still remains that with out questions per ticket I have to build out a lot of extra steps that could be avoided and when users check out they have to input answers to question groups in duplicate. Are questions per ticket something that will be built? I use one other ticket plugin and it does do ticket questions per ticket, but I prefer the capability of EE4.

Hi Mike,

Questions per ticket is on our roadmap but it isn’t something that is arriving this year.

We recently released the attendee mover and are now looking at wait lists and then recurring events.
