additional Question Groups not appearing

I have 3 Question Groups:
-Your Information
-Address Information
-Partner’s Information

ISSUE 1: Only “Your Information” appears on registration page. I need all 3 groups to appear on some events.

ISSUE 2:For other events, I only need the first 2 groups to appear.

ISSUE 1: Only “Your Information” appears on registration page. I need all 3 groups to appear on some events.

You select the question groups per event, so have you selected those question groups within the event editor? Its this section – http://take.ms/1CBvc

ISSUE 2:For other events, I only need the first 2 groups to appear.

As you select the question groups per event you simply don’t select the question group.
