Hello,

I’ve looked through the FAQs and I’m still a little unclear as to what I need to do..

I work for a development company and we have many clients. We currently have a Personal license for one client and would like to purchase another Personal license for another. I realize that there is a Developer license, however I don’t think we would utilize all 5 sites, so I can’t really justify the purchase.

When navigation to purchase the license and choosing “credit card”, I receive this message: Hey, you’ve already purchased “Personal License”, but you can use this form to renew it and your expiry date will be extended.

If I move forward with the purchase, will it extend my current license or will I receive another Personal license for a different domain?

Thanks!

If you want a second license, especially for another client, you will need to create a second account that is independent of the first one. If you have two licenses on your account the expiration date and access will be the same for both accounts. Then, if you buy an addon for one account when you go to renew the system will think you need to renew the addon for both accounts (so it will be twice the price). It’s just the easiest way to keep things organized.

Does that help?
