Hello Thank you, |

Hi there, The note about rounding is for when there are multiple registrations in one transaction, there’s a discount, and the discount is split between each registration in the transaction. It turns out the actual transaction amount does not change, no fees should be added to the transaction. Can you check the transaction amount in the transaction and verify whether that’s the case? |

Well the thing is, that clients need to pay additional pennies… and they do and ask us why is it so. 11/10/2015 9:54 pm Complete £104.02 (GBP) £104.02 (GBP) Type of payment doesn’t matter. What should we do to avoid that? |

Hi Simon, I took a look at your site and what looks to be happening is this: You have a base price of £21.67 and a 20% VAT. The 20% VAT for two tickets is getting rounded to £8.67. So two tickets x £21.67 = £43.34. Then when it takes the £43.34 and adds £8.67 that = £52.01. I’ve made a ticket for the dev team to investigate. They can fix things so the checkout takes the line items and calculates the total accurately when there’s a percentage based price modifier. |

Hi Simon, Event Espresso 4.8.15.p was released today and it includes a fix so the checkout takes the line items and calculates the total accurately when there’s a percentage based price modifier. |
