Hello,

We are collecting the parent information once with the primary registrant information. But the additional registrant lack these parent information in their csv row. They appear only in the primary registrant’s row. How can we remedy this?

Thanks.

Hi there,

That’s expected behaviour, each ticket is a separate registration, each registration can have its own set of answers, so the primary registration will list the answers assigned to it and the additional registrations list their assigned answers.

Looking at the code I can’t see an easy method to ‘replace’ the additional registrant’s answers with the primary registrants but I’ll check with our developers to see if I’m missing anything.

Thanks, there is also other problematic fields in the export csv. One is the “amount paid” field. It always comes 0 for the additional registrations and the total transaction amount for the primary registrant. This causes confusion.

Also if you filter an event and export the registrations, for the registrations which are additional registrations when another event registration was primary, this turns out to be a real problem. One can think there was no payment for the additional registrations whilst another one can think there was overpayment for the primary registration.

What should happen is actually having the paid amount listed separately for each event. Not the total for only the primary.

Thank you for your prompt response.
