Additional attendees not showing on export

PLEASE help I have an event this thursday and having issues showing multiple attendees. I have a few that have added 6 attendees. On the export its only showing 1 as the number of attendees on all of the data. Please help

Hi Jacob,

Whether it shows 1 or 6 is dependant upon whether you are obtaining additional attendee data or not.

If you are not, then the # Attendees will show as 6 or however many are booked.

If you are collecting data then each attendee will have their own line and you should refer to either the Group column or the Reg ID column as this will be the same for each member of the booked group.

Any thoughts here? I have that event that is having issues, I have to get the info finalized by tomorrow. Help please

Hi Jacob,

Can you take a closer look at these? For example, if you look at Group 107, you see there are 3 attendee records for that group, with the attendee IDs of 1681, 1682, and 1683.

Thanks for the reply Josh, however I have multiple registrations where there are additional attendees but only seeing the 107… Can I give you the export and you take a quick look? I have a few emails where multiple registrations and only seeing the 1 on the export.

Hi Jacob,

I can take a look at an export file, but without comparing it to other data I’m not sure it will help. If you can send temporary WP admin credentials along with the event name and specific Group IDs that should have multiple attendee records we can take a closer look.

Hi Jacob,

I took a look at the attendee export and the attendee report in Event Espresso 3 and I do not see any discrepancies between the two.

Is there a specific Group ID, Attendee ID, or Registration ID where there should be more than one attendee associated with the registration? If you do, please give us this information.
