Additional Attendees not registering

Hi, we just launched the plugin and have an issue with the additional attendeees that people are adding not getting registered. Here is one of the events http://outeredgeperformance.com/event-registration/?ee=18. Once you you through the registration process and fill everyones info out, you only see yourself on the confirm registration screen, at which point clicking only registers yourself and no others. There are plenty of spots left so we know that isn’t the issue. We are running the latest EE as well as WP. Let me know if anyone has any insight as to why they aren’t being registered.

I checked and it looks like the first name field is missing. Since the first name field is a system question, it needs to be restored into the personal question group.

The Event Espresso admin will usually prevent the first name field from getting removed, so it may require going into the database and restoring the questions back to the system defaults.

Okay thanks for the reply Josh, I am going to see if I can restore that in the database and if so if it fixes it. I noticed the first name was missing too and thought that was weird. Any idea why it was removed? It is showing as required in the question groups still.

I’ve tried to remove the first name question on my test site and wasn’t able to, so I’m not sure how it would have been removed.

Josh, I am not sure what the problem is here. I am looking at the database and see the first name field.  I also see the question in the EE WP backend. Have no idea why it isn’t showing on front-end. I am going to troubleshoot but if you have any other ideas that would be great.

I just found it. Under Question Groups > Personal Information, first name was actually missing from the “Selected Questions for group” box, and shown as a “Add further questions to group.” Once I added it, it re-enabled it to the list as an un-editable field. It seemed to have gone astray after our last update of EE. Anyway, thanks for your help.
