A user registered for multiple events using the Multiple Event Registration add-on. The registration seemed to be OK, but after the customer was looking up the registered users for an event, one of the attendees went missing on the registration. They didn’t have access to the database, they were just using the EE dashboard. Is there something we did wrong? The name and email are required fields, so it doesn’t seem like this should be possible. I tried to reproduce the issue, but couldn’t. See image.
Can you go to Event Espresso > Regsitrations > Contact List and check to see if there are any contact records listed there that are missing name + email?
There are seven records that are missing the first name, last name, and email. Those seven are actually missing everything. Each contact has a single registration associated with it.
