Hi there.
I have a site live at http://operaatthechannon.com.au/buy-opera-tickets
I am having big issues with the additional attendee and select a seat links not working for some people.
They work sometimes for me (but not all the time??), and I have have numerous people call up to say that the website is not allowing them to add additional attendees or choose a seat.
Can anyone take a look and let me know what the problem might be? I have paid for a support credit, and the jquery was checked and apparently fine, so I’m not sure what else it could be?
Any help would be fantastic

Hi Jo,
Everything looks ok from my end, I cannot see any errors and the seating chart/add attendees is working fine.
The most likely issue is that they do not have Javascript turned on.

I checked and I could select a seat by clicking on the field where it says “Select a Seat:”

The total is also not adding up. If you add some attendees on that page it’s not adding up the total?

So do you use the same “select a seat” button for all attendees? The one up the top? Because it’s not applying a seat to additional attendees?
Is there anyone I can pay to sort this out. Am really having nothing but dramas trying to get these tickets to work.

The event you posted a link to says it’s expired or no longer available.
With the issue of the totals not adding up, are the prices set in the seating chart only?
It may help to review the documentation here:

One thing that will make the additional attendee selector not work is if there are enough seats that are reserved to make only one seat left. In that case, when you try to add additional attendees, the toggle will not work.
