I am looking to create a payment gateway for CommWeb (Commonwealth Bank of Australia).
I took a copy of the paypal Standard gateway as it is an Offsite option that is required for commweb.
I have been able to add a new gateway but the title for the gateway is still PayPal Standard. If have set the display_name property to a new name “Commweb”
Now, even if I have deleted the code of the payment gateway the listing of the gateway in the tabs persists. The options settings no longer show up but the tab item does not go away.
Doing a “systems Information” listing shows the gateway even though no code exists for it on the server.
Were could this information be persisting.

Hi Allan,
Information for the payment gateways is adding to dbprefix_options (wp_options).
Double-check that the gateway files have been removed and then check the wp_options table using Adminer or PHPMYAdmin.
