Adding to cart does not add to cart for specific events

Hello,

I’ve been using EE for years, and here’s a new error on 2 of our events. There are 5 others without the error.

After clicking “add to cart” it will say “2 items have been added successfully for this event” and then under neath it it says “There are currently 0 items in the event cart”

The only way i could resolve this is by recreating the event from scratch and publishing again.

Some notes:

Happened logged in and out
Happens with multi-registration event enabled and disabled
I did duplicate the events in the series and rename them to the next event when creating, but i’ve always done this and never received such an error.

all plugins are up to date

Any ideas? Anything i can check in the broken events network settings or database entries to figure this out?

Hi there,

If this is still reproducible on those events, I’d like to take a deeper look at this.

Do you have a staging copy of the site I can look at? Note I will likely need Database access to see what is going on here, sounds like an issue with line items in the database but not enough info yet.

If you son’t have a staging copy, would you be ok with my cloning the site locally to see if It happens on a local copy? (If it does I can troubleshoot there away from public visitors)
