Adding promotion code to a manually added ticket

We’ve got a situation where some manual registrations have been created for delegates who should have be free but rather than use a promotion code, they were marked as “paid -other”. These should not be paid. I have deleted the transaction but am struggling to find out how to add a promomtion code to this registration. How can I add them once a registration has already been created? is it possible or does it need to be done when the booking is made?

Hi,

After the registration is created, you go to Event Espresso > Transactions and find the related transaction. Then, under the actions column for the transaction, you’ll see an icon that looks like this:

You’ll click that icon, then on the next page you’ll input the promotion code.
