I have already added Event Espresso to our wordpress site sidney.apexsportszone.com and it is working great. I would like to add it to the other half of our site, which is lima.apexsportszone.com What exactly do I need to do? Currently Event Espresso is deactivated on the Lima.Apex site. Should I just click activate or will I need to re-download it? I will need to purchase another license correct? Does that mean I need to create a different Event Espresso account as well? |
Hi Brent, We do not limit the sites that you can install Event Espresso 4 on. However, we will only provide support for the activated sites on your Event Espresso account. For example, since you have one support license key, then we could only support one of your sites. You can contact the sales team to get pricing on an additional support license key: sales [at] eventespresso.com — |

I bought a new license and I have everything set up on the new site. Here is a link to the page: http://lima.apexsportszone.com/event-registration-2/?ee=1 Is there a reason why my form is not coming up? |
Hi Brent, I think that’s happening because there’s a redirect set up for that page. Can you try adding the shortcode to a new page, and point the Main Registration page setting to the new page? |

We have three sites: We installed EE onto the Sidney site and it is working perfectly. Can you help? |
Hi Brent, Can you follow the help we gave you for the same issues earlier? You reported the same error here: https://eventespresso.com/topic/authorize-net-debug-mode-is-turned-on-message/#post-122847 |

Yes, the problem was we had multiple pages with the Thank You URL. Same problem as last time. Thanks! |
