adding payments doesn't work

–> we tried everything. switched of all others plugins / changed all themes

we still get some kind of a black lightbox when trying to ‘add a transaction’

maybe we can provide you a login, so you can look for it in detail?

We can take a look. First, please ensure that your software is up to date:

You can share that temporary login through this secure form:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

We’ll need a temporary WP dashboard (WP-admin) login and a temporary SFTP / FTP login and please do double-check that the login information works (on your end).
