When I want to add a payment in the backend, nothing happens. I just get a small black overlay.

What could be the problem?
Thanks

Hi Mark,
We’ve seen this happen when plugins add additional content within the EE Transaction page.
Can you temporarily de-activate any non-EE plugins and retest this. The overlay should cover the full screen and a window should show on top of that.
Then activate each plugin one-by-one, refresh the transactions page and retest to find which plugin is causing the problem.

Ok, try switching to a default theme such as twentyfourteen and retesting.
You can do that only for site admins using the Theme Test Drive plugin

Hi Mark,
Could you login to your WP dashboard and go to the Settings page for WP and then look for the language area?
Then could you set that to any other language and save and then immediately switch back to your language and save again?
Does that help with the payment window issue?

Hello,
Are you familiar with a tool like Firebug or Chrome developer tools or Safari developer tools?
If you inspect that page after the payment window is activated, are there any errors?
If so, could you grab a screenshot and share with us here?
