Hi there,
Thanks again for your great support, I appreciate your hard work.
My client has two booking types – seminar events, and room bookings.
Registrants can book into a seminar, individually or as a group.
Alternatively, registrants can book rooms at the venues for discussion or arbitration.
So my question is, how do I create a new CPT that will appear in the dashboard under ‘events’, called ‘room bookings’, that will function exactly like events, using venues, but ‘ticket’ will need to change to ‘booking’ for room bookings.
So it is a duplication of the ‘event’ CPT.
My client would like to have both ‘events’ and ‘room bookings’ appear in the Calendar view, with an extra drop-down for displaying either ‘events’ or ‘room bookings’, or both.

Hi Michael, I heard back from a developer and this isn’t something that is easily accomplished since Event Espresso is oriented around the events custom post type.
Have you considered separating these types of events by using event categories?
