Hi everyone,
I am very new to event espresso, and we are in the process of changing from using eventsair.
We have a number of guests who have booked on events air, and we will need to transfer them into espresso. Is there any easy way to do this?
I was also hoping to find out how to add in guests for free without having the free ticket option show on our website. Is there a way to make this hidden?
i can see that we can add a registration from the back end of the site, but can only choose from the ticket options set up for that event (which show up on the live public site).
Please keep in mind that i am very new to this system (its been two weeks now) and so if you could try to explain it in “dummy” form, that would really help!
