Adding HTML into Registration form

Hi, wondering if you could help & let me know if this is possible within the registration form. I need to add a Line of HTML Code which includes a link possibly before the Terms & Conditions Tick box on the form http://red-ferndevelopment.co.uk/MiniandMe/registration-checkout/#checkout – Is this possible & if so how do we go about adding this?
