Adding Event Name to MailChimp List

Hi,

I have the MailChimp addon installed which is collecting First Name, Last Name and Email from each event registration.

Am I able to collect the Event Name from each registration into the MailChimp list too?

Hi there,

There’s no option in the UI for the event name, but it can be done with some custom code, like so:

Add that to custom functions plugin on the site, we have some documentation on creating one here:

Note for the above to work, you need a merge field on your list called ‘EVENTNAME’.
