We need to add another person, in addition to the license holder, the ability to manage EE on our website, as well as access to Support via our license.

Could you please copy joycusack@me.com with your response please/

I can point you in the direction of how to seer up the ability to manage EE on your website, that’s in the documentation where it mentions the Events Administrator role:
