Customers book free tickets – sometimes we take the booking over the phone and book for them.
Sometimes a customer wants to add an extra seat to an existing booking.
What’s the best way to do this, please?

The best way to do that is cancel the original registration, then start a new booking and include the additional seat with that order.

How do I add a feature request, please?
It’s not ideal having to cancel and add again – is there a way to duplicate or copy a booking?

I’m afraid there currently isn’t a way to duplicate/copy an existing booking.
