Hi,
I would like to add attendee information if user is bought 2 or more tickets.
Right now, we only have for one attendee although they want to buy 2 or more tickets.
How can we add new attendee information to add on by user?
The box for additional attendee information is disable for now.
Please advice.

Hi Steeve,
Is this an existing registration that you want to add another attendee to or a new registration?
You can not add additional attendee to current registrations and need to cancel the original registration. You then request the user selects another two tickets an creates a new registration.
We can provide more details on this if this is what you are looking for.
Or if you want EE to request the first name, last name and email address for your additional registrations you will need to enabled the ‘Personal Information’ question group within the event for them – http://take.ms/Nv9SS
