I’m going to guess that the answer is “no” but may as well ask. We hold several classes per semester and often we’ll need to add an attendee manually. Some of those we add manually sign up for two or three classes.
Is there any way that we can enter a person’s registration information and assign them to multiple classes at once or do we need to add the person to each class separately?

Hi Rob,
If you are using the Multiple Event Registration add-on, then the events will be added to a cart. You could then enter the the registration details once and finish up registration checkout.
The exception is if you have set each event to require the personal question group which includes a name and email. If this is enabled, then you could use the copy registrant information option to populate the remaining registration forms.
If you are manually registering through the WP dashboard, then the multiple event registration add-on would not apply and you would need to register them individually:
