Adding "Add to Calendar" to confirmation page and confirmation email

Is there a way to add the “Add to Calendar” to the confirmation page and email? I see it on the registration page but that seems like a funny place to have it. I’d rather have it on the confirmation page and/or confirmation email. Is there a shortcode I can put in there?
