I would like to add a URL within a “question” on the reg form. The URL will link to another page with more information. How do I go about doing this?

Hi there,
You can include links in the question but you need to add the a tag manually, where depends on how you want it displayed.
What type of question are you using for this? Checkbox?
Go to Event Espresso -> Registration Form -> Questions.
Edit the question you want to include the link on.
If a checkbox question you could add the link to the description field for the answer, like this:
https://monosnap.com/file/2pkRlALRpoNoMq23dYc2fhpJ76u1tY
<a href="/terms" target="_blank">View Here</a>
That links to a /terms page on the site but you could add the full URL if preferred:
<a href="https://www.example.come/some-page" target="_blank">View Here</a>

Also, is there a way to have this link open in another tab?
We have a lot of text within this questions as well, and it seems the formatting of the text is squished a bit, any way to fix this?

The target="_blank" in my above examples forces the browser to open the link in a new tab, have you not included that in your question text? If so just add that in 🙂
If you already have that, can you add the question text you are using here so I can test it?
