Adding a ticket to an existing reservation

In many use cases we need to add an extra ticket to an existing registration. Both in cases where there just want to add an extra person for the event, but also when we made a mistake for example where we forget to add ticket for a certain event.

For sure, we can add an extra reservation with the extra ticket, but this way they are not linked to each other in one registration.

Is there a way to accomplish this in Event Espresso? Or with an extra add-on plugin? We have the full Event Espresso with the everything license.

Hi there,

No, not currently.

You would basically need to create a new group registration selecting the correct tickets/qty and then ‘re-register’ the user(s) onto that new checkout and cancel the original group registration.

Hello Tony, that’s indeed how we do it now. But obviously this is very time consuming! Can I add this as a feature request! Not only for me, but I think this would be really a usefull feature for Event Espresso.
